5 Health Goals To Set For 2022
Looking to kickstart your new year? What you need are a few health goals. We all have different areas of our health we need to work on, but here are a few general ideas to get some ideas flowing.

1 . A better night’s sleep
Many people struggle to sleep, and after a while, a lack of sleep can negatively affect your mental health. If you’d like to supercharge your health this year, there are lots of ways that you can get a better night’s sleep:

- Studies show that practicing meditation before you go to bed can help you to improve your sleep.

Perhaps you’d like to improve your mental health, but you’re not sure where to start? Journaling is a great activity that can help you to lift your spirits and deal with difficult emotions.
