Whether you are suffering from hormone-related hair loss, male pattern baldness, alopecia, or hair loss due to cancer treatment, here are some tips to help you deal with it in as healthy a way as possible:

Accept it

It can be difficult, but accepting your hair loss is going to make it much less stressful to deal with all around. If you find it hard to accept, sit down and list all of your good qualities physical and personality-based and you will see there is a lot more to you than your hair.

Join a support group

Talking to people who understand what it is like to lose your hair is a really good way of finding support, as well as tips for coping with the situation. It will help you to feel less alone, and who knows, you might find a few good friends out of it, which is never a bad thing!

Depending on the cause of your hair loss, you may be able to treat it.
